The European Labour Authority (ELA) will play a role in the mediation and the facilitation of solutions in the event of cross-border disputes between Member States on the application of relevant European Union law
This project aims to effectively support the European Labour Authority (ELA) with the set up of the mediation procedure
The project analyses the mediation rules and procedures and related key documents developed by the ELA management board and drafts supporting documents and materials to prepare for the implementation of these rules by ELA staff members and national authorities. Training modules on EU labour mobility and mediation are also foreseen.
