The partnership CEPS, Deloitte and Eftheia is amongst the 8 consortia selected by the EC Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion for the Multiple Framework contracts for the provision of services related to the implementation of Better Regulation Guidelines.

For the selected consortia the competition will be reopened for specific studies in the field of employment, social affairs, labour mobility and skills.

The purpose of theses studies will be to assist the Commission in implementing the Better Regulation Guidelines through

  1. impact assessment for the design and preparation of policies, programmes and legislation;

  2. evaluation to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and the added value of policies, programmes and legislation;

  3. monitoring of the implementation of policies, programmes and legislation.

I read the post about multiple frameworks contracts and how it explains ways governments and groups set up deals to work with many suppliers in a clear structured way. I remember when I had a busy semester and needed to do my associate level course while juggling work and life, breaking tasks into small goals helped me stay calm and finish on time. It reminded me that steady effort makes big goals doable.
